Gestal recently had the pleasure of meeting the students of the GIM sector at the IUT of Saint-Nazaire, officially marking our role as sponsor. During this exchange, the Director of our Maintenance Business Unit presented the strategic challenges of industrial maintenance within the Gestal group. And our Maintenance Manager then shared his professional journey, highlighting the perspectives that Gestal offers to young talents. A gourmet break, carefully prepared by the ESAT of Guérande, closed this meeting on a friendly note.

GESTAL has just delivered its 100th TRAFO module to GE Renewable Energy. The Modularization team based in Chantenay has fully streamlined its operations, consistently delivering modules with the required quality and on time.

Gestal is proud of its new partnership with TEAM 303, which supports athletes from the Pays de la Loire region by funding equipment and travel for the Paralympic Games. TEAM 303 supports a variety of sports disciplines, including athletics, sitting volleyball, badminton, equestrian sports, wheelchair basketball, and swimming.

We have implemented an innovative recruitment approach through a POEC (Collective Operational Employment Preparation) program. This program offers newcomers the opportunity to become naval electrical locksmiths in just a few months.
Our group also participated in a one-week immersion at the Chantiers de l’Atlantique site, giving participants the chance to experience their future professional environment.

Gestal took part in a morning session of the Action Emploi Handicap event, engaging in a friendly handball game with people with disabilities, fostering an atmosphere conducive to interaction This event allowed us to explore innovative methods to guide job seekers towards our career opportunities in both an enjoyable and professional manner.

Gestal expands into the Vienne region with the acquisition of SETCA. Specializing in nuclear power plant maintenance, SETCA excels in the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of industrial metal-fabricated equipment, with a strong commitment to quality and environmental standards.
SETCA offers a comprehensive solution through its expertise in design and engineering, conducting in-depth studies for each project and applying rigorous welding processes.

On Sunday, October 1st, the Gestal team fully committed to joining the event “I Run or Walk Against Cancer”. A big thank you to the 20 Gestal participants who supported this important cause!
